Our Story

Blackacre Homes was started by Allen Moser due to his passion for both real estate and home building. Building homes and Real Estate Investment is much more than a career for him, it is part of who he is. Allen became interested in real estate at age 20 when he bought his first home. Soon after, he attained a Tennessee real estate license pursued real estate full time and currently is a licensed Realtor® for Reliant Realty.

 

Allen began “flipping” houses and land as an investment and showed his clients how to do the same. In 2009, he began doing new construction, and found it even more rewarding than buying and selling existing real estate.  To help others attain their home buying dream, Blackacre Homes was born.

 

After several successful and personally fulfilling infill development projects such as Swan Lake Village Phase 2 and his current development project on Porter’s Bluff in historic Clarksville, Tennessee, Allen has come to this conclusion:
